l 研究領域

自然殺手細胞屬於免疫系統中非專一性防禦系統,負責毒殺受感染細胞和腫瘤細胞。其藉由表面的 stimulatory receptor inhibitor receptor 與目標細胞上的ligand結合,此結合可分別誘發活化或抑制性訊號,此兩者訊號的強弱調控其毒殺活性。


1. 自然殺手細胞對白血病細胞的毒殺作用機轉

2. 癌細胞躲避免疫監測系統中自然殺手細胞毒殺作用的機轉

3. 細胞表面醣結構的變化對自然殺手細胞表面接受器的辨識及毒殺功能的影響
